We do offer the ability to CHANGE your purchase to another of our courses - LESS a 20% administrative fee - ONLY when the following terms are met - AND at our discretion as determined via email.

1. You have not logged onto the Home Study Guide and/or the Student Resource Center (note that all logons to the above are logged)

2. You have not received Course Manuals - applicable ONLY for those manuals which we provide as clearly stated on our website.

If the modality requires you to use a manual online and/or purchase from others #2 does not apply as it is YOUR responsibility to obtain the manual as clearly stated on our website in the individual modality description page!
