Cookies are small
text files given to you by websites. The websites use these text

we use them for ALL of the secure areas on our site. Generally,

Chrome

NOTE that there is
significant information on the internet to indicate that cookie
management with Chrome is "hit or miss" in that even with cookies
being allowed in the set-up Chrome still doesn't allow for cookies
so we HIGHLY suggest that you use another browser to access the
secure areas on our site. ALL windows computers contain IE!
You can also try to allow cookies specifically for our site.
Click the wrench icon
on the browser toolbar.
Select Options (Preferences
on Mac and Linux; Settings on Chrome OS).
Click the Under the Hood
tab.
Click Content settings
in the "Privacy" section.
Click the Cookies tab
in the Content Settings dialog that appears:
Make sure "Allow local data to be set" is selected to allow
both first-party and third-party cookies. If you only want to
accept first-party cookies, select the "Block all third-party
cookies without exception" checkbox.
Internet Explorer 6 for

Within Internet Explorer, click the
"Tools" menu and choose "Internet Options."
Click the tab labeled "Privacy."
Click the button labeled
"Advanced."
Check the option labeled "Override
automatic cookie handling."
To enable cookies:
Set "First-party Cookies" (and
"Third-party Cookies, if you wish) to "Accept."
To receive a prompt to accept
or decline cookies on a site-by-site basis:
Set "First-party Cookies" (and
"Third-party Cookies, if you wish) to "Prompt."
Click "OK" to save changes and
close the dialog box.
Firefox for Windows and
Mac OS X
Open Options dialog box:

Within Firefox, click the
“Tools” menu, then click “Options.”
Mac OS X
Click the “Firefox” menu, then
click “Preferences.”
In the left-hand column, click the
icon labeled “Privacy.”
Click “Cookies,” then click the
option labeled “Allow sites to set cookies.
Click “OK” to save changes and

Within Safari, click the "Safari"
menu and choose "Preferences."
Click the icon labeled "Security."

receiving cookies:" to "Ask for each site."
Click "OK" to save changes and

Within Netscape Navigator, click

In the left-hand Category column,
click "Cookies." It's listed in the "Privacy and Security"
group.
To enable cookies:
Select "Accept all cookies" or
"Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating
server."
To receive a prompt to accept
or decline cookies on a site-by-site basis:
Check the option labeled "Warn
me before storing a cookie" and select "Accept all cookies"
or "Accept only cookies that get sent back to the
originating server."
Click "OK" to save changes and
close the dialog box.
